Everything was nice, compact and tidy room with soft sheets. The employees were helpful and excellent. The location was magnificent because it was adjacent to the bistro on the first night, very nice food, the riverside, and the river and shops.

It was superb base for travelling to York, I was glad to stay there. The rooms were compact and brand-new, with lovely views. The personnel was AMIABLE and helpful. The hotel had a very central setting right in the centre of York.

The long stay car park is conveniently located nearby, ensuring the safety of your vehicle.

The hotel has an unbeatable and awesome location, right at The Bars. Lovely bed, tidy room that has a nice bathroom. Excellent service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.

Great location by the river, within walking distance of shops and attractions. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant and appreciated the discount offered for hotel guests. I would recommend this hotel for a central and pleasant stay.
